I’ve known this hairstyle for quite long time, I just didn’t knew the exact name of it and now that I know the name, I hope that my humble explanation might help another people! ^o^~
Sujimori hairstyles are very popular in the gyaru scene, specially with Agejo, Gyaru-o and hosts. Sujimori hair uses a lot of volume (you can achieve that by teasing your hair) and defined hair strands with spiky or curly ends.
